We suggest a bicarb rinse after drinking the juice to protect your teeth if taken regularly.
- 2 Organic Apples (organic or home-grown if possible)
- 2 Organic Carrots
- 1/4 Lemon
- 1 inch piece of Ginger
- 1 inch piece of Tumeric
- Juice all ingredients and enjoy a more peaceful nights sleep!
