Important Information for your appointment

Please note for all long appointments (in total of $500 or more) a 10% deposit is required at the time of making that appointment. To reschedule an appointment, we require 2 practice working days notice to help us ensure timely appointments for all of our valued patients. Late notice will forfeit your deposit.

Treatment cost estimates are based upon information collected at the time of examination. During treatment, clinical circumstances may result in alterations. All estimates are valid for 3 months.
