Initial Situation
This lady has a gummy smile and had an infected front tooth and did not want any root canal therapy so we planned safe removal of the tooth and large chronic bone infection surgically removed before placement of bone graft to maintain the bone height and after 8 months healing placed a one-piece implant.
Info about the treatment
6 months later a zirconia ceramic crown was placed. Now 3 years on and she is still smiling brightly.
